Open Enrollment Programs

Many financial assistance programs offer open enrollment throughout each year with a final deadline based typically on a program entity’s fiscal year. A number of these programs operate on a first-come, first serve basis so it is beneficial to apply early in the open enrollment period.

This article lists open enrollment programs for Fiscal Year 2022/2023. The list includes programs that offer grants, loans or other incentives for the planning and implementation of both agricultural and urban stormwater practices. See individual Funding Profiles (see Support Hub’s FUNDING category) for specific program information and helpful tips.
