DCED_Flood Mitigation Program

PA DCED (Commonwealth Financing Agency) provides Flood Mitigation Grants that address documented flood issues. 

Grants fund land acquisition, ROWs, and easements; engineering studies; construction and repair of flood control projects; debris removal, security measures, permit fees, bonds and insurance. Engineering/inspection costs limited to 10% of award.
