The CWQE Support Hub is the Center for Water Quality Excellence online platform for providing personalized support and self-help guidance via Knowledge Base resources.
The Support Hub hosts a library of Knowledge Base articles that cover a wide range of programs and topics related to stormwater management. Users can query the system and find resources targeting your specific need. The Knowledge Base library is available for use by the public; no registration is necessary.
The Support Hub also offers the opportunity to submit a request for one-on-one assistance. Because this is a pilot program through 2022, only those who reside or conduct business in Lancaster and York counties are eligible for one-on-one guidance. You may have a question related to financial and technical assistance options in your area, or you may need some help exploring opportunities that fit your needs.
To request assistance, visitors are required to register so that Center staff can provide personalized service. Registration requires only your name, email, and password; email addresses will only be used for CWQE communication and will not be shared unless express permission is granted.
