Watershed Alliance of York is holding their 21st Annual Watershed Week September 16-22, 2023. Watershed Week is a series of family-friendly events that increase public awareness about the importance of local watersheds to community health, sustainable economies, and environmental quality of the Chesapeake Bay. This is a great opportunity for participants to learn more about their watershed and the people that work towards enhancing, restoring, and protecting them.
Events range from runs and fishing to native plant sales and tours of facilities and stream buffers. There is something for the whole family.
