DEP_Section 319 Nonpoint Source Management Grants

PA DEP's Section 319 Nonpoint Source (NPS) Management Grants provides funds for projects to decrease nonpoint source pollution, including urban and agricultural runoff, identified in a Section 319 Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP); also funds development of new Section 319 plans. 

For 2022/23, The Department is offering grants to develop new WIPs in Pennsylvania's Environmental Justice (EJ) areas for 12-digit Hydrologic Unit Code scale watersheds, based upon watershed plan elements for threatened or impaired waters.
